Tor André Farsund Ulsted

Tor André Farsund Ulsted is partner in SANDS and leading partner in our office in Bergen. He has for many years provided a wide range of advice to the construction industry regarding claims handling, risk analysis, strategic analysis, negotiation and dispute resolution. He has comprehensive lecturing experience, being a preferred lecturer for many years for among others Standard Online/Standard Norge and EBA Vestenfjelske (the Association for Construction Contractors).

Tor André is chairman of the Board of the Construction Association in Bergen (Entrepriserettsforeningen), which is an association for spreading knowledge of Norwegian and international construction law. He is also a member of the NS 3420 committee SN/K 401 of Standard Norge.
