Jill Berglund

Jill Berglund primarily works with M&A, other equity transactions and general corporate law. She has conducted significant acquisition processes both nationally and internationally.

Jill is also part of our group for commercial real estate, and works with commercial real estate transactions, option agreements, bids, and due diligence. She holds a real estate brokerage license and regularly assists clients with real estate transactions and settlements.

Jill has extensive experience in corporate and business legal advisory, assisting with establishment and structuring of businesses, shareholders' agreements, shareholder disputes, contract negotiations and general contract law.
