Jill Berglund

Jill Berglund works with transactions, mergers and acquisitions, including advice on general company law and contract law. She is specialised within the corporate segment with emphasis on business transfers and corporate structure and has conducted major acquisitions and processes both nationally and internationally.
Jill is also affiliated with our group for commercial real estate, and works with transactions of commercial real estate, option agreements, tenders and due diligence.
In addition, Jill also provides general assistance related to establishment and structuring of businesses, shareholders' agreements, shareholder disputes, contract negotiations and contract law.
