The mapping of SANDS’ suppliers and business connections has been carried out in relation to SANDS’ size, type of business, the context SANDS works within, and the degree of severity and probability of negative consequences for human rights and decent working conditions from SANDS’ business.

Several people have been involved in SANDS’ work with the Norwegian Transparency Act, as there has been a focus on having meetings carried out between various competence groups in the company and with persons with interdisciplinary information. The focus has been to carry out a defensible process to uncover risks.
