Lars Tormodsgard

Lars Tormodsgard is part of the Corporate and M&A Group of SANDS. He has broad and extensive corporate and contract law experience, and acts on regular basis for listed and private companies, Norwegian and foreign, in connection with corporate transactions and general counselling, included commercial litigation.

Further, Lars renders advice to clients in merger- and demerger processes, in restructuring of companies and group of companies, and in relation to financing and refinancing of existing debt.

In addition to his law degree, Lars has a degree in economics from Norwegian School of Economics and Administration (NHH).
