Ingvill Hellenes is part of the firms Commercial property team.

Ingvill has experience from commercial property transactions and other assistance within commercial property, as well as tax and company law, transaction work, demergers and mergers.

She works with tax and company law in connection with major reorganizations and transactions. She has particular expertise in real estate and experience in connection with larger property development projects.

With her master's degree in accounting and auditing as well as many years of work experience from EY, she has also worked a lot with questions within valuation and issues in the borderland between law and finance.
