Erlend Huseby

Erlend primarily works with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law. He also has extensive experience in equity transactions and the structuring of private ownership. Erlend regularly assists in the negotiation and drafting of shareholders' agreements, the establishment of share- and option-based incentive schemes in employment settings. 

Furthermore, Erlend advises businesses and their owners on optimization of corporate structures, as well as generational transitions and the transfer of ownership and management.
