Andreas Fuglesang

Andreas Fuglesang is a member of our M&A department and is also part of our commercial property group. He has extensive experience within most types of transactions, investments and restructuring.

He mainly works with:

• Norwegian and international acquisitions with industry parties and private equity funds
• Shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and incentive programs for key employees
• Commercial property transactions, including option agreements, bids and due diligence
• Board work
• Commercial contracts, especially regarding joint ventures, supply, procurement, distribution and technology development

Andreas has specific experience with transactions within the industries of commercial property, trade, technology, power trading, fibre, network and Life Sciences. 

He often works internationally and chaired the international corporate group of Eurojuris International for six years, as well as having been the Norwegian National Representative for AIJA. Thus, he has personal experience with colleagues in most European countries, in addition to many other countries.
