Alexander Grinvoll Brorson

Alexander Grinvoll Brorson is associated with the company’s department for construction law. He has extensive experience with large and complex infrastructure projects, including ground work and technical contracts.

He has significant experience in assisting in all phases of the building process, from the preparation of tender documents, procurement, follow-up in the construction phase, and final settlement.

Alexander has experience in advising on long-term contracts, including negotiating solutions where the assumptions for the contract change during the project. He has a good knowledge of standard contracts in the construction industry, including the NS family and NTK, as well as the general specifications of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Bane NOR.
