Responsible Investments

Investors set demands for a return on their investments, but increasingly demands for a return are weighed against environmental impact, social conditions, corporate governance, and ethics. Due to an increased focus on such assessments from an investor’s perspective, more and more companies and owners looking for investors or buyers must also take such considerations into account and make active assessments and take action. The Sustainable Finance Act, which came into force in Norway from 1 January 2023, will, among other things, help to channel capital to sustainable projects and solutions.
