Trond Vegard Johannessen has more than 20 years experience from assisting clients with corporate law, transactions, restructurings, investments and contracts.

Trond Vegard has recently assisted Circle K in the sale of a portfolio of MDU-customers to Elaway AS and the sell-sides in the sales of the Aclima-group to Open Air Group AB, the Norlys-group to Avallon Sp.z.o.o and Akademiet for Personlig Trening AS to HLXK Kapital AB.

In his former role as in-house counsel in Circle K he was instrumental in several strategic projects, including the restructuring and sale of the group’s lubricants-business in Europe and marine fuel business in Norway, as well as in the acquisition and integration of the group’s current business in Ireland.
