Tommy Arnulf primarily works with contract law and dispute resolution, particularly within infrastructure and renewable energy.

Tommy has extensive experience with complex contractual relationships and large-scale construction projects. He assists Norwegian and international clients in infrastructure projects (such as roads, railways and water supply projects) and industrial projects (including processing and biogas plants). Furthermore, he has extensive experience with major development projects within renewable energy (including solar energy, wind power and battery storage). Besides projects in Norway, his experience includes projects in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.

Tommy has broad experience in handling complex cases for Norwegian and international clients. He assists with strategic assessments, contract drafting, consultancy in the project implementation phase, negotiations and dispute resolution.

He has extensive experience with national and international arbitration cases, particularly for international arbitration institutes such as the ICC and SCC.

Tommy has thorough knowledge of Norwegian standard contracts for construction contracts, in addition to extensive experience with the FIDIC suite of contracts.
