Tiril Flatmo Janbu

Tiril Flatmo Janbu works primarily with M&A, including transactions, corporate law and reorganisations. Her experiences include, inter alia, private placements, transaction documents, the handling of due diligence processes as well as mergers and demergers. She has been involved in both national and international transactions.

Tiril also provides ongoing assistance and advice within corporate law and business law in connection with the establishment and structuring of companies, capital raising, shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes.
