Stine Dammen Roland is part of the company’s tax team. She works on a variety of issues related to Norwegian and international tax law. This includes, among other things, tax and duty-related matters arising from businesses' cross-border activities, such as establishing operations in Norway, employees working across borders and compliance. Other examples include the assessment of tax liability and deductibility of expenses in various contexts, incentive schemes, anti-avoidance rules, and VAT.
Stine has experience with processes involving the tax authorities, including amendment decisions, appeals, requests for advance rulings, and litigation.
She has also supported processes involving corporate law, including the preparation of corporate documents and reorganizations.
