Sigri Kornelia Sagberg
Senior Associate
Sigri Kornelia Sagberg is affiliated to the firm’s employment law department. Sigri assists both public and private enterprises with labor law advice, including issues related to employment and termination of employment, personnel matters, pensions, reorganizations and downsizing processes, whistleblower cases, and business transfers.
She also has experience assisting both private and public entities in addressing suspicions of censurable and/or unlawful circumstances, handling whistleblowing cases, and other situations where there is a need to investigate the factual circumstances of the matter. In addition, she assists businesses in their compliance work.
Sigri completed her master's degree at the University of Bergen in 2021, where she wrote her master's thesis titled "Environmental claims made in the Fashion industry – when are they permissible, and what requirements are imposed by sections 3, 6, 7 and 8 of the Marketing Control Act?". During her studies, Sigri was on an exchange at Bond University in Australi, where she specialized in negotiations and mediation.
