Pia Sporstøl

Pia Sporstøl is the head of the firm’s banking and finance group, and her practice is focused on bank financing. She has extensive experience with bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, complex financing structures and transactions based on LMA documentation.

Pia’s practice includes ship financing, real estate financing, corporate finance, and acquisition finance for both the lender and borrower side.

In addition to financing, she has experience from a number of financial restructuring transactions, and she has advised debtors in connection with creditor negotiations and insolvency and bankruptcy related topics.
