Kenneth Steffensen

Kenneth Steffensen is specialized within the legal aspects of real estate and fisheries and aquaculture.

He has over many years assisted clients in cases related to real estate, including regulatory issues, negotiation and drafting of contracts for the purchase, lease and attachment of immovable property. He has extensive experience with handling of disputes related to real estate law.

His assistance to clients within aquaculture includes regulatory challenges related to concessions, permits for aquaculture localities, government sanctions and dispute Resolution in such matters.

Kenneth has an extensive litigation experience. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway in 2014.
