Hilde Lund

Hilde Lund is Head of SANDS Dispute resolution and litigation group.

Hilde has extensive expertise across multiple legal fields, including contract and construction law, general administrative law, planning and building law, aquaculture law, employment law, and tort law. She is accustomed to quickly familiarizing herself with new legal issues and areas of law in connection with disputes and litigation. She has experience handling large-scale proceedings, including disputes related to infrastructure projects and fabrication contracts.

She also has extensive experience in negotiations and mediation, both as a representative for clients and as a mediator. In June 2019, she was appointed as a special mediator by the National Mediator of Norway and has since assisted as a co-mediator in the frontfagsoppgjøret (wage settlement negotiations) from 2020 to 2022. In addition, she has led several other mediations. She also became a certified mediator in 2023.
