Henriette Anne Flagstad Wiker

Henriette Wiker works with dispute resolution and consultancy within copyright, trademarks, design, protection of trade secrets and know-how, as well as marketing law. Henriette has particular knowledge of the Trade Secrets Act and the competition rules in the Marketing Act (product imitation and good business practice). 

Henriette also assists clients with compliance with the general data protection regulation. She specialised in data protection at the University of Oslo and the University of Copenhagen.
