Hege Birkeland Ersdal

Hege Birkeland Ersdal is Head of SANDS Dispute resolution and litigation group. She specializes in litigation, both in civil procedures and as defense of regulatory and white-collar criminal matters.

Hege's key areas of expertise within civil procedures are commercial and private real estate, commercial contracts, claims and various intermediary relationships.

Hege has also litigated several of the largest white collar crime cases in Norway as defense attorney, including charges of corruption, insider trading, tax and accounting related offenses.

She litigates regularly before Norwegian courts, and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2007. She is also experienced within arbitration.

Hege is further specialized within expropriation and valuation of real estate.
