Eirin Alvilde Nordeide

Eirin A. Nordeide is part of the firm’s departments for M&A and Commercial Property. She assists with transaction processes, including real estate transactions, and provides general corporate and contractual legal advice. Eirin has particular experience with corporate restructuring (mergers and demergers) and drafting of share purchase agreements and transactional documentation. She also provides guidance on business establishment and structuring, share issuances, shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, contract negotiations, and general contractual legal inquiries.
