Eirik Birkelund

Eirik Birkelund has experience with contract drafting, negotiations and dispute resolution for both ordinary courts and arbitration courts, including regarding the purchase and sale of real estate, the rental of real estate, construction, public procurement and other contractual disputes.

He has special experience and expertise within construction and construction, and regularly assists builders, contractors and consultants with contract drafting, ongoing claim and change management, final settlement and final settlement negotiations, as well as mediation and legal processes before ordinary courts and in arbitration.

Eirik regularly holds courses in construction law topics, including courses on contract standards in NS 8401-07 and the description standard NS 3420. He is, among other things, a regular speaker for Standard Online AS.
