Ane Dahlen

Ane Dahlen is part of the firm’s departments for Energy, Shipping & Offshore and M&A.

She assists clients associated with the maritime industry in matters related to maritime law and contract law, hereunder charter party disputes. She also works with the purchase and sale of ships and transactions in the energy sector. 

Ane also assists with general M&A, including company law, transactions, reorganisations and general contract law. She has assisted in several national and international transactions, both on the buyer side and the seller side. She has extensive experience with due diligence processes, preparation of transaction documents, and work with share purchase agreements, in addition to share issues, mergers, and demergers.
