Andreas Gothe Schultz

Andreas Gothe Schultz is affiliated with the firm's group for dispute resolution and litigation, in addition to the group for intellectual property law. He assists with advice and dispute resolution related to commercial contracts, product and marketing legislation, general company law and tort law. He has particular experience in handling disputes and claims for damages related to professional liability, board liability and shareholder disputes.
In addition to a master's degree in law from the University of Bergen, Andreas has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Law from BI Norwegian Business School. From previous employment, he is experienced within international business development, including financial and market analysis, strategy development and board work.
