Karl Erik Bernt

Karl Erik Bernt has extensive experience with property law, including property development and M&A. He provides advice at all stages in property development projects, including regulation, development agreements, building matters and the purchase and sale of property. Karl Erik has in-depth knowledge of public decision-making processes, tenancy law and planning and building law.

As Head of the Agency for Buildings and Property in Bergen Municipality, he has been involved in a number of complex development projects and property transactions. He also has extensive experience and expertise with contract law and negotiations - both domestic and international.
