John Steffen Gulbrandsen

John S. Gulbrandsen has worked with business law for more than 30 years, especially in the areas of intellectual property law, employment law and dispute resolution.

John is a highly recognised and skilled lawyer within his specialist areas, where over the years he has achieved a number of awards for professional skill and competence.

John has assisted a number of large clients, especially in the publishing and media industry, with a wide range of legal issues, disputes and, not least, strategic advice. He masters, and works with, all areas of intellectual property law, but particularly copyright, trademark law, design law and marketing law. He also has broad expertise and experience in employment law areas. The combination of the subject areas means an overall sought-after expertise on employment agreements in companies with a need for good agreement clauses on the transfer of rights and the safeguarding of rights.

He has broad competence and experience with dispute resolution and solid procedural experience from all courts. He has had the right to appear before the Supreme Court since 1997.
