Ian W Kenworthy

Ian W. Kenworthy is now an internal advisor at SANDS. He has previously advised businesses and has litigated numerous cases in district courts, appellate courts, and the Supreme Court, as well as before various arbitration courts. He has also served as an arbitrator on multiple occasions.

In Legal 500, he was described as: "Excels at banking litigation and regulatory matters." Furthermore, he has served on several corporate boards and was the chair of the audit committee for two insurance companies. He is a former member of the Representative Assembly and the Board of the Norwegian Bar Association, and has also been a member of the association's disciplinary committee, most recently as vice-chair of the ad hoc disciplinary committee for the entire country.

Ian has also been an opponent for two doctoral defenses for the legal doctorate at the University of Oslo (UiO).
