Erik Myhr Nilsen

Erik Myhr Nilsen is specialiced within bank- and finance, labour law, insolvency and contract law. He has a very extensive litigation experience, and is admitted to the Supreme Court.

Erik has undertaken numerous shipping related assignments for banks and ship owning companies, and tried compensation claims on behalf og the hydro electric industry following illegal price-fixing. He regularly carries out litigation for the government health sector within labour disputes, contract law and insurance law. He has a specail focus on advising for regional start-up companies. 

Erik has board-member experience from financial institutions.
