He has long experience in employment law counseling includes negotiating and resolving of individual disputes, restructuring and downsizing processes and M&A.

Eirik advises companies in general corporate law, as well as transactions related to industrial businesses. He has particular experience in advising clients in the aquaculture industry and leads SANDS aquaculture department. He has extensive litigation experience.
