ICT Norway’s new standard agreements

ICT Norway is the largest interest group for the Norwegian ICT industry, representing the full range of players from major corporations down to small entrepreneurial companies. SANDS took over the responsibility for ICT Norway’s agreements last year. The mandate from ICT Norway was to undertake a complete revision of all the agreements, which now, after a thorough process, is completed. We hope and believe that these agreements will add something new to the industry, and that both suppliers and customers will perceive them as balanced and representative of best market practice. SANDS was given this assignment in competition with all major Norwegian law firms working with technology and IT law, confirming our position as leading legal expertise in this area.
