SANDS would like to congratulate the founders and owners of Holdbart AS with the agreement to sell a majority stake in Holdbart to Summa Equity. Holdbart is a Norwegian fast moving consumer goods retailer reducing food waste by selling affordable surplus food from producers and wholesalers.
SANDS’ core team assisting the sellers in this transaction is Espen Furuholt, Ane Dahlen and Ove-Marthin Granlund.
